Place all ingredients in blender and blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl and dip bread one at a time. (Hint: Bread should not be dripping with batter, so wipe on both sides with another piece of bread or the edge of the bowl.)
Place bread on a hot non-stick skillet and lightly brown both sides. (Hint: Maybe baked in the oven on a non-stick cookie sheet by placing on the bottom rack at 400°. Turn when golden brown on the bottom, and bake a few minutes longer.)
