Green Bean Delight

When it comes to creating a well-rounded meal, the perfect side dish can elevate your dining experience. One such dish that never fails to impress is the humble green bean.
Not only are these vibrant vegetables packed with nutrients, but they also offer a delightful crunch and versatility that can complement any main course.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups green beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 onion, diced fine
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp savory
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut ends from beans.
  • Place in a kettle with water and seasonings and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
